A Collage of Sound
This week, today in fact, I wanted to let you know that I’m taking part in Bandcamp Friday.
For those of you who are unaware, this is a day organised by Bandcamp, on which they waive platform fees to support independent artists.
As a multi-disciplinary artist, music has always been a creative outlet for me and over the past 13 years, I’ve released 5 albums, a handful of singles and remixes.
As I work on new music for 2026, I wanted to close the initial chapter I created under the alias Faded Gold, and to celebrate my back catalogue, I’ve released a somewhat “best of”.
Faded Gold : A Retrospective features 10 tracks written and curated by me, which I feel portray the project in its best light. 10 of my favourite moments if you will.
The music covers a mix of styles, including electronica, ambient electronic, and post-rock-esque instrumentals, which can be explored further in my full discography.
For this release, I designed the collage for the cover art. It’s not my usual collage style, but I feel that it lends to the music perfectly, and is exactly the visual representation I had in mind for this release.
So I will leave you with the link to my latest release.
Faded Gold: A Retrospective can be listened to here, and if you enjoy it, you can discover more of my releases here.
